Navigation:  Database of the Estimate (optional) > How to Clean Up the Database

You may want to keep only the articles or sets of the database invoked directly in the Minutes (or the Overhead Minute) or part of a set invoked in the Minutes.

Right-click anywhere in the sheet, and select Data Handling>Cleanup database of the estimate. Alternative: Data>Databases>Clean up Database of the Estimate.
