Use Case
Project data can be merged in an empty Excel file, which will serve as invoice for example.
You can publish progress reports or invoice according to progress (i.e. the difference between two progresses is invoiced) by differentiating the progresses by their date. Refer to Projects Management.
Procedure
DESIGN
1.Under Excel, create a file with header, logo, footer, ...
2.Save it as a workbook (not as a template)
3.In the management module, select any project and click Data>Report>Profile; this brings a profile manager
4.Click Add and fetch the aforementioned file
5.Name the profile; the related file opens up; its name manager has captured the meta-data
6.Paste the desired names.
RENDITION
1.In the management module, select the project to publish
2.Click Data>Report>Profile
3.Select the created profile
4.Click Create; the Excel file opens up with the values of the selected project.
