What is a WBS?
A WBS is the higher-level breakdown of a project into tasks. |
How do the Minutes and the WBS relate to each other?
WBS tasks are broken down into elements that can be quoted, called minutes.
This is the bottom-up method. |
How are the Views Linked?
Other views are derived from the base views: Nomenclatures, Reports, Summary (through the Overhead sheets).
The Minutes are categorized; this is used to distribute the indirect costs (overhead).
