Navigation:  MANAGEMENT of Projects > Security

By default, all the users entitled to open the Management module enjoy all the privileges.

To restrict them, select Administration>Permissions:

▪To protect anything, define a password

▪To allow opening in read-only mode, check the 'Open Management database' box

▪To allow editing the projects (Estimates tab), check the 'Make change to estimates' box

▪To allow editing the sub-tables (other tabs), check the 'Make change to Database Tables", box and tip out the tabs to be subjected to restrictions.
