In File>Options>Language, any user can define the User Interface language for any estimate to be opened after QDV7 restart.

To customize the translation, refer to Multilingualism.

For estimates sharing free fields, use the export-import functions under the Translate estimate button (the neutral language is based on the field mnemonics).
