Configuration > Language

In File>Options>Language, any user can define the User Interface language for any estimate to be opened after QDV7 restart.

To build a dictionary outside QDV7, open an estimate and click File>Options>Language>Translate estimate...>Export texts to Excel... This creates an Excel workbook in <user>/Temp/QDVTempFilesMain. The instructions show in the first tab (the neutral language is based on the field mnemonics). Populate the dictionary.

To apply the dictionary, click File>Options>Language>Translate estimate...>Import localized texts from Excel. These texts are now attached to the estimate as seen in Multilingualism.
