Horizontal Scrolling

If a cell is selected, right-click and select Go to column ... and select the name of the column to reach.

If a column is selected, right-click and select Insert fields. Refer to How to Add Columns.

 

Quantity columns

▪Quantity: overall quantity

▪Quantity in option: quantity of a minute whose parent task is an option (do NOT set the filter to All rows with (values and) quantities)  

▪Quantity in minutes (present by default): sum of quantities of all the occurrences in minutes (editable)

After editing a quantity, the Refresh screen button prompts you to update, thus making sure the quantities in sets are exact

 

NOTES

- CAVEAT Avoid the editing option Check articles first in the estimate when using Ctrl+W together with the quantity replacement field.

- The last column is locked at intersection with a row coming from the database of the estimate and collapsed rows of a set
